Line-ups: Ludogorets-Madrid

Javier Hernandez makes his first Real Madrid start with Isco and Asier Illarramendi also starting the Champions League meeting with Ludogorets.

Chicharito replaces Karim Benzema in a front three with Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale, while Toni Kroos and James Rodriguez also drop out of the side that started against Villarreal to make way for Isco and Illarra, Luka Modric completing the midfield.

There’s also a switch at right-back as Alvaro Arbeloa comes in for Dani Carvajal, while Iker Casillas continues in goal. Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane and Marcelo make up the back four.

Ludogorets have former Celta Vigo winger Dani Abalo among their side, scorer against Liverpool at Anfield in the last round of games, Ludogorets going down to a 2-1 defeat.
