Barca start no surprise to Bravo

Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo claims he is unsurprised by his team’s perfect start to the 2014-15 La Liga campaign.

The Catalans have won all four games so far this term, scoring 11 goals without reply, and Bravo, signed from Real Sociedad this summer, believes it is just reward for all the hard work put in since the arrival of boss Luis Enrique.

“It’s no surprise to me as this is what we work for. The aim beforehand is not to concede a goal so it is our reward for all the effort and perseverance,” he told Radio Cooperativa.

Bravo, who will be hoping to continue his personal fine form on Wednesday when Barca travel to the Costa del Sol to take on Malaga, wants to build on the flawless beginning the team has made.

“It has been an important and positive start, so we are happy, but we are also keen to continue it,” he declared.
