Rakitic, Iniesta & Busquets to return

Ivan Rakitic, Andres Iniesta and Sergio Busquets are all expected to return to the Barcelona XI to play Levante tomorrow.

AS reports the three midfielders were largely rested in Barca’s midweek Champions League win over APOEL but appear to be Luis Enrique’s first-choice unit.

Rakitic and Busquets sat out the entire game while Iniesta was a second half substitute as Barca looked for ways to unlock the dogged Cypriots.

Nine changes were made against APOEL from the team that started the weekend prior, against Athletic Bilbao, and it’s not clear how many of the players that beat the Basques will take to the field at Ciutat de Valencia.

Marc-Andre Ter Stegen was given his debut in midweek and it’s suggested he could replace Claudio Bravo in the League line-up after a good showing.

Neymar, scorer of two goals against Athletic, is in line to start alongside Lionel Messi and either Pedro Rodriguez or Munir El Haddadi.

The players were given a day off yesterday but a number of them trained regardless, including Javier Mascherano and Jordi Alba.
