Villarreal Coach Marcelino offered little complaint after seeing his side draw 0-0 with Granada.
Marca reports Marcelino left Los Carmenes conceding the result was a fair one and praising his team’s performance.
“We had most of the first half although Granada rarely came out,” the Coach said.
“During the second half there were twists and turns with chances for both. The draw was the fairest result.
“We played a serious game although we lacked a little in attack. We had a lot of possession but few chances.
“It’s hard to attack a team that has 10 in defence. Granada are based on set pieces and we gave too many away.
“I’m satisfied with the performance, the work and the commitment of the players. I’m happy with those who played and I’m not thinking about the players we could have had but for injuries.”
