Nuno keeping pressure on Valencia

Valencia Coach Nuno will continue to push his side to do better as he believes pressure is good for players.

Los Che tonight meet Espanyol and speaking at a pre-match Press conference, Nuno warned of the danger posed by the Catalans.

“I’ve seen a very aggressive Espanyol, pressing quite well,” he said, according to Marca.

“Their match against Sevilla was very even. They have very good players even without Felipe Caicedo.

“Our first match, against Malaga, was atypical because the opposition was able to release the pressure with a long ball. We have to be prepared to stop that.”

Nuno added that his expectations for his team won’t diminish, and he won’t let up on how hard he works the squad.

“Working with pressure doesn’t put limits on your abilities,” he insisted.

“There’s no negotiation when you train. I wouldn’t allow my players not to take every chance to improve.”
