Francisco believes Almeria deserved three points rather than one from Friday night’s visit of Cordoba.
Edgar Mendez gave the home side an early lead, only for Fede to cancel the goal out shortly after.
The scoring ended there but Francisco told reporters post-match that in his opinion, his side did enough to deserve victory, particularly after the break.
“We wanted to get the win and we’re not feeling well but on balance in the opening minutes of each half we deserved more,” Marca reports the Coach as saying.
“In the second half, 80% of it was ours. We had chances in the opening minutes to score a goal.
“We were good in the first 10 minutes of the first half. For a team like ours it’s a good point but no one knows how good.”
