Ernesto Valverde believes Athletic Bilbao have to make Barcelona uncomfortable when the sides meet on Saturday.
Barca are the hosts for the visit of the Basque side and the Coach has warned that if they’re allowed to dictate play, his side will struggle.
“If Barca play their game, if they’re comfortable and settled, it’s a matter of time they win at Camp Nou,” Marca reports Valverde as saying.
“There are inevitable times we have to defend but we should make their game difficult.
“They’re at a good time because they’re winning. They’re motivated and they intend to squeeze high up the pitch like before.
“We’re confident. But I think we have to be at 100% and Barca have to be at a lower level.
“Our intention is to win, as it is elsewhere, to go and win.”
