Paco Jemez was disappointed as his Rayo Vallecano conceded a last minute penalty to draw 2-2 at Deportivo.
Alberto Bueno had given the Franjirrojos the lead with two goals either side of half time, but with the very last kick of the match Isaac Cuenca gave the Turcos a share of the points.
“Today was sickening,” he told a Press conference. “To lose two points like that is a part of the game you have to learn from.
“We can’t make those sorts of mistakes again. They are not to be repeated.
“But I would not be so upset if we’d have taken our chances. We score more and the result would be different.
“As much as this hurts, we have to take this on board and learn from it.”
