La Liga’s four Champions League representatives will this afternoon learn their Champions League fate.
Holders Real Madrid, domestic champions Atletico Madrid, four-time winners Barcelona and Athletic Bilbao, who last night beat Napoli in a play-off, will be part of the draw from 17.45 CET.
The Madrid clubs and Barca are among the first seeds, alongside Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Benfica, Arsenal and Porto.
Pot two contains Schalke, Borussia Dortmund. Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain, Shakhtar Donetsk, Basel, Zenit St Petersburg and Manchester City.
Athletic are in the third group, with Bayer Leverkusen, Olympiakos, CSKA Moscow, Ajax, Liverpool, Sporting and Galatasaray.
The fourth pot sees Anderlecht, Roma, Apoel, Bate Borisov, Ludogorets, Maribor, Monaco and Malmo.
