Esteban Granero has claimed he can’t wait to start the new season with Real Sociedad after completing a move.
The midfielder spent last season on loan at La Real from Queens Park Rangers, but was hardly used after injuring his cruciate ligament in September.
However, the Basque outfit have opted to persist with the former Real Madrid man, and have signed him on a permanent deal.
“I’m eager to start training and try to get a place in the team,” he told the club’s official website.
“I’m really happy. It was my aim to stay here and I want to thank everyone that made it happen.”
