Bayern Munich have told Victor Valdes that they are interested in signing him, but want to wait until he’s recovered from injury.
Reports that the German champions were keen on bringing in the goalkeeper emerged over the weekend.
And Mundo Deportivo have confirmed those rumours, by claiming that Pep Guardiola’s men have spoken with the shot-stopper.
Valdes is currently a free agent after his contract at Camp Nou expired this summer. But having undergone knee surgery in March, is still in rehabilitation.
As such, the Bavarians are willing to sign the 32-year-old, but want the knowledge that he is 100 per cent fit first.
