Real Sociedad have released a statement thanking Antoine Griezmann for his service after confirming he is to join Atletico Madrid.
Griezmann will sign an Atletico contract once he has completed a medical with the champions and La Real posted a message to the France international on their official website.
“Real Sociedad would like to thank Antoine Griezmann for the professionaliam and dedication shown during his years at the club, while wishing you the best for your personal and professional future,” the statement read.
