Atletico Madrid have reached an agreement with Real Sociedad to sign winger Antoine Griezmann, the club have confirmed.
The champions have released a brief statement on their official website which reveals Griezmann will sign a contract once he has completed a medical.
La Real add on their website that they wish the France international the best at his new club.
