New Valencia Coach Nuno has warned against expecting too much despite praising the team’s pre-season so far.
Los Che are on tour in South America and drew with Alianza Lima, losing on penalties, in their most recent match.
Speaking after the match, Nuno said he is pleased with how things are going but doesn’t want anyone getting ahead of themselves.
“We lacked combinations on the wings and didn’t take the game inside,” Super Deporte reports Nuno as saying.
“The feeling I have is good. I liked some things and was upset by others. The process of growth is continuous.
“The feeling is good but Valencia have a long way to go. We’re going to progressively make build the team.”
