Atletico Madrid are closing in on a deal to sign Real Sociedad winger Antoine Griezmann, it has emerged.
The France international was sensational for La Real last term, leading them to fifth in the table and earning a spot in Les Bleus’ World Cup squad.
As such, several of Europe’s top club sides have been linked with a switch for the 23-year-old.
Arsenal have been heavily linked in the past, but Goal.com believe that Diego Simeone’s men are on the verge of completing his transfer.
The website understands that negotiations started over a month ago, with both outfits now agreeing a fee of around €25m.
