Jeremy Mathieu has passed his Barcelona medical without a hitch and will tonight be presented as La Blaugrana’s latest signing.
Sport reports that Mathieu spent Thursday undergoing a battery of medical and physical tests and with no problems discovered, the path is clear for him to put pen-to-paper and be presented this evening.
Mathieu is to sign a four-year contract with Barca after Barca confirmed they would pay €20m to sign the Valencia captain.
He joins Claudio Bravo, Ivan Rakitic and Luis Suarez in moving to Camp Nou this summer.
