Marc-Andre ter Stegen believes he can ‘play the Barcelona way’ after completing his first match for the club.
The German goalkeeper made his debut for the Blaugrana on Saturday, playing between the posts in a 1-0 win over Recreativo Huelva.
And the shot-stopper has insisted that he is good enough to be a part of the ‘tiki taka’ philosophy.
“It's been nice to play,” he told a Press conference.
“I like to play the Barcelona way – I hope it stays that way in the future.
“This game for me was more about passing the ball than stopping it, but that's important for the game and I think we did a good job.
“It was the first match. It was fine.”
