Real Madrid have confirmed the signing of Bayern Munich midfielder and Germany World Cup winner Toni Kroos on a six-year contract.
The club’s official website confirms that Kroos will today undergo a medical and then be presented at Santiago Bernabeu at 5pm local time.
He will then go through the usual festivities of a big-name Madrid signing, taking to the Bernabeu turf, before a Press conference is held to address the transfer.
AS have reported that Kroos is to cost Madrid €30m and will wear the No.8 shirt. Once today’s formalities have been concluded it’s said he will resume his holiday before returning to Madrid on August 5, a week before the European Super Cup fixture against Sevilla in Cardiff.
