Arsenal and Chelsea are two clubs fighting it out to sign Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira.
With Toni Kroos and James Rodriguez potentially joining the European champions, Carlo Ancelotti could cut his losses and let the Germany international go.
Khedira missed almost the whole of last season through injury, but the capital club didn’t feel his absence with Xabi Alonso, Asier Illarramendi, Isco and Angel Di Maria all performing well.
As such, Los Blancos could sell the former Stuttgart man – and it seems that the Premier League could be a potential destination.
Both The Daily Mirror and The Daily Telegraph believe that the London-based outfits will come in for Khedira after the World Cup.
