Vanishing spray, which has been used so successfully at this summer’s World Cup, will be used in the Champions League.
The spray, which helps referees mark out 10 yards for a wall on a free kick, has been heralded as a major triumph in Brazil.
And its inventor, Heine Allemagne has claimed that UEFA now want to use it in the Champions League and the Europa League.
“It's already been agreed that UEFA will use this in their championships,” he told reporters.
