Vincent Kompany has described Belgium’s World Cup as a ‘great adventure’ after they crashed out to Argentina.
Gonzalo Higuain scored the only goal of the game as the Red Devils lost to the Albicelestes in Brasilia to go home at the quarter-final stage.
“It has been a great adventure for us,” the captain told VRT.
“We gave it everything. Maybe in four years in Russia.
“Maybe in Russia we will have more luck and more experience. This is one of the youngest teams at the World Cup.”
