Line-ups: France-Germany

Real Madrid duo Karim Benzema and Raphael Varane start for France as they prepare to take on Germany this afternoon.

Les Bleus play Die Mannschaft in the quarter-finals of the World Cup at Rio’s Maracana Stadium today.

And they do so with the Blancos pair, as well as Real Sociedad winger Antoine Griezmann.

Barcelona target Paul Pogba plays in a midfield three alongside Blaise Matuidi and Yohan Cabaye, whilst Hugo Lloris captains the side.

Joachim Low meanwhile, will start with Toni Kroos, who has been linked with a summer switch to the European champions.

Mats Hummels also returns to central defence.
