Carlos Vela should become a 100% Real Sociedad player in the next few days after talks with Arsenal, who retained a stake in the forward.
Mundo Deportivo say La Real will pay €10m to take full control of Vela’s registration in return for the Gunners giving up their €4m option on the Mexican.
The deal is not yet finalised but is understood to be close and will see Vela tied to Anoeta until 2018. His release clause will remain at €30m.
MD add that La Real have had no offers for either Antoine Griezmann or Inigo Martinez, although the former is expected to leave.
