Barcelona Coach Luis Enrique has been hospitalised after suffering from acute appendicitis, reports in Spain confirm.
Mundo Deportivo says Enrique is to undergo surgery this afternoon and a statement from Barca will follow.
Enrique underwent a series of tests after reporting serious discomfort, and the diagnosis of acute appendicitis was made.
