Diego Perotti will have to choose between a move to Rennes or Genoa as he leaves Sevilla this summer.
Marca reports that the Argentine was close to agreeing a move to Italy before the interest of the French club was known.
He left Sevilla on loan in January, returning to his homeland with Boca Juniors, but injury has disrupted his stay at La Bombonera.
Sevilla are keen to sell Perotti now before he loses too much of his value but it’s not known if he will complete the move to Genoa or take the option offered by Rennes.
