Brazil captain Thiago Silva believes that countryman Neymar will be the star of this summer’s World Cup.
The Barcelona attacker endured a difficult first campaign at Camp Nou, following a big-money move from Santos last year.
But the Paris Saint-Germain centre-back is confident that his compatriot can light up the tournament.
“Our strength has always been the collective quality of our group,” he is quoted as saying by Mundo Deportivo.
“We're good as a team, we're ready and we hope to have a great World Cup.
“But certainly Neymar is a triumph of individuality. Neymar will be the World Cup's star.
“"We have confidence we can win. I will do it for all of us, all Brazilians, to live that special moment.”
