Andres Iniesta has admitted that Atletico Madrid are ‘deserved’ champions after Barcelona could only draw with the capital side.
A Diego Godin header ensured that the Rojiblancos drew 1-1 to claim their first Liga title since 1996.
“Atletico are deserved champions,” he told reporters after the game.
“But it’s been a disappointing season for us.”
