Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has backed Barcelona’s Neymar to go on to be one of the best players in the world.
Ronaldo spoke to SportTV and his comments predicting a great future for the Brazil international have been published by Marca.
“[Neymar] is a great player. He’s shown recently that he’s a player for the future with great potential,” Ronaldo said.
“His adaptation to Barca wasn’t the best. He had some problems at first but I have no doubt he has the power to be one of the best in the world, if not the best.”
