Jagoba Arrasate admitted it was ‘tough to take’ after Real Sociedad drew 1-1 with Granada on Monday night.
Carlos Vela’s 77th minute strike was cancelled out by Odion Ighalo in the very last second to give each side a share of the spoils at the Anoeta.
“It’s hard to take,” he told a Press conference. “We did many things well tonight, and did well enough to win the match.
“We played a good first half – creating more chances and having the majority of possessions.
“But then, in the second, the game evened out a bit. We’ve secured sixth place, but we thought we were on for fifth with the win.
“We have to forget about this now and go into the next match.”
