Gareth Bale has revealed that tonight’s win over Bayern Munich was ‘why he joined the biggest club in the world’.
“It was a fantastic result,” he told ITV. “We’ve been working really hard and we played well here tonight.
“I thought we deserved the win.
“It was a good performance and we’re delighted to be in the final.
“There’s still one more game to go though.
“Everyone put in 100 per cent. Everyone put in a performance.
“This is why I wanted to come to the biggest club in the world.”
