Cosmin Contra has said that if Getafe lose to Levante, they’re closer to the Segunda than the Primera.
El Geta currently have 31 points from 33 game and would be in the bottom three with four games to go should they fail to beat Les Granotes away from home.
“Any failure and we’re more in the Segunda than the Primera,” Marca reports Contra as saying at his pre-match Press conference.
“Levante are well armed. All Joaquin Caparros’ teams go on the counter, they bite, they’re aggressive, they don’t create much danger but they have two or three who can score.
“It’s hard to play at Levante. They sit nicely in their half and then they’re like a wrestling team and will fight for every ball.
“It’s hard enough to win at home and we have to remove the errors of the last games to try and create more chances.”
