Real Sociedad midfielder Esteban Granero says he is ready to face old team Real Madrid this weekend.

Los Blancos travel to Anoeta on Saturday and according to Marca, Granero wants Madrid to win the League but would prefer La Real to claim three points tomorrow.

“I would like to see Madrid as champions but losing to us would complicate things for them,” Granero admitted.

“It’s special to come back from injuries against this opponent and it will be more emotional.

“I feel good. I’m ready to play and it’s up to the Coach. He makes the decisions.”

Madrid are expected to have Cristiano Ronaldo fit despite the forward being substituted with 10 minutes to play in the 3-0 win over Borussia Dortmund.

“Cristiano should be fine and that’s good news for La Real because he is a world class player,” Granero continued.

“The game is more important if he is on the field.”
