Diego Lopez’s agent has insisted that his client will stay at Real Madrid, despite rumours of interest from Napoli.
The Italian side have been linked with the goalkeeper after some sections of the Santiago Bernabeu crowd were heard whistling the shot-stopper during their win over Rayo Vallecano.
The player’s representative though, claims that Lopez won’t be deterred by the critics.
“Diego has a strong personality,” Manuel Garcia Quilon told Calcio Mercato.
“He is calm and focused on his job. I have not spoken to anyone, not Milan, not Napoli.
“As things stand I believe that Diego López will stay at Real Madrid next season.”
