Francisco satisfied with comeback

Almeria Coach Francisco was pleased to see his side come back from two goals down to draw with Valencia.

Los Che raced into a 2-0 lead in the first-half, with Seydou Keita scoring the fastest goal in the history of La Liga.

Eduardo Vargas added a second but Almeria claimed two goals in as many minutes in the second-half to level the scores.

Francisco told his post-match Press conference that if Almeria hadn’t made early mistakes, they would have won the game.

“We paid dearly for a couple of errors,” he told reporters.

“I couldn’t say anything at half-time. We created enough chances and I’m convinced that if we scored before half-time, we would have won the game.

“We made defensive errors but in the second-half we came out with conviction and I’m satisfied with how the team came back.

“We gave our all for the draw.”
