Juan Antonio Pizzi has named January signings Philippe Senderos, Seydou Keita and Eduardo Vargas in the Valencia side to play Rayo Vallecano.
Diego Alves is in goal for Los Che while Senderos forms part of a back four that also contains Antonio Barragan, Jeremy Mathieu and Juan Bernat.
Keita is partnered by Portu in midfield with Vargas joining Michel and Sofiane Feghouli in support of Paco Alcacer.
Rayo have Ruben in goal and a back four of Tito, Alejandro Galvez, Ze Castro and Razvan Rat.
Roberto Trashorras and Saul Niguez provide the midfield axis with Ruben Rochina, Iago Falque and Alberto Bueno lining up behind Joaquin Larrivey.
