Ex-Barca Keita to join Valencia

Seydou Keita is to return to La Liga with a move to Valencia and could make his debut against former club Barcelona.

Keita left Camp Nou in 2012, signing for Chinese side Dalian Aerbin, but according to Mundo Deportivo has agreed a contract with Los Che until the end of the season with the option for a further year.

The 34-year-old is due to arrive in Valencia on Thursday and could be registered in time to make his debut for the club on Saturday against Barca.

Keita originally moved to Spain with Sevilla in 2007, spending a season at the Ramon Sanchez Pijuain before the move to Catalonia.

He played 188 times for Barcelona, scoring 22 goals, and was part of the team that won three League titles, two Spanish Cups and two Champions Leagues.
