Valencia have turned down two offers for Sergio Canales as they fell below the club’s asking price.
Marca reports that Valencia want €8m for the midfielder but the two approaches made were closer to €4m.
Sporting director Rufete has refused to lower the price any further for Canales and told both the player and his agent as much.
The two clubs who made the bids have not been named.
Canales missed training on Tuesday after suffering a bout of gastroenteritis.
Marca adds that the move of Dorlan Pabon to Sao Paulo is to be confirmed once the forward has completed a medical with the Brazilian club.
