Atletico Madrid midfielder Gabi admitted it was tough for his side against Barcelona as they played out a 0-0 draw.
The capital club drew with the Blaugrana at Vicente Calderon this evening, and the captain has conceded that it was a difficult encounter.
“We played the game we wanted to play,” he told reporters. “It’s hard to run after the ball for 45 minutes though.
“The two best teams in the Liga at this moment faced each other today, and we're happy with the result.”
