Reports in the Spanish Press this morning have claimed that Barcelona will look to sign a striker in January.
Catalan newspaper Sport believe that Coach Tata Martino has specifically asked for a centre-forward in the winter window, as the Blaugrana look to push on at home and in Europe.
And the sports daily report that Borussia Dortmund’s Robert Lewandowski or Sergio Aguero are the goalscorers the Camp Nou side will target.
Lewandowski’s contract at the Bundesliga club expires next summer, but it has been heavily claimed that the Poland international will join Bayern Munich on a free at the end of the season.
Aguero meanwhile, has been prolific for Manchester City this season, but it is unlikely that the Premier League team will want to sell – unless for an extortionate price.
