Xabi Prieto is back to full training for Real Sociedad and could feature in their weekend trip to Valencia.
The team captain has been working on the sidelines since the end of September, after picking up a thigh strain during his side’s 4-1 loss to Barcelona in La Liga.
However, the 30-year-old rejoined his teammates in full training on Thursday and is seen as in contention for a place in the squad that travels out to Valencia this weekend.
Speculation is, though, that he may be rested, so as to guarantee full condition ahead of the following midweek’s trip out to play Manchester United in the Champions League.
