The fixture schedule for Weeks 5, 6 and 7 of the Primera Division has been released, confirming 11 consecutive days of League action.
Confirmed through the Spanish Football League [LFP] today, Week 5’s run-through begins on Friday September 20 with Elche’s trip out to Osasuna and ends three days later on Monday evening with Espanyol hosting Athletic Bilbao.
The lunchtime fixture is set between Real Betis and Granada, whilst Barcelona’s trip to Rayo Vallecano is on the Saturday night and Real Madrid’s local derby with Granada is on the Sunday evening.
Meanwhile, Week 6’s kick-offs have also been confirmed and are set to be played through Tuesday September 24 to Thursday September 26.
Barcelona’s notable home test with Real Sociedad is one of four on the Tuesday night, whilst Real Madrid’s trip to newly promoted Elche comes the next day.
Week 7 has also been set and will continue the day after Week 6 is concluded, through September 27 to September 30, with Real Valladolid hosting Malaga on the Friday night to start the round.
Real Madrid’s derby with Atletico is given prime time on the Saturday night.
