Jese set for Madrid contract extension

Real Madrid are set to extend Jese’s contract with the club, and will put off other top European sides by introducing a €200m release clause.

The 20-year-old is seen as one of the bright young things of Spanish football, and a player that Los Blancos are desperate to keep hold of for the future.

According to Marca, Carlo Ancelotti’s men will offer the striker a five-year deal worth €1m per season, but that wage will increase each year.

The Santiago Bernabeu side will also set a minimum fee release clause of €200m.
