Asier Illarramendi will wear Kaka’s No 8 shirt once his expected move to Real Madrid is finalised, according to Marca.
The Real Sociedad midfielder wore the same number shirt at Anoeta last term and is expected to don the jersey vacated by Brazilian international Kaka, who is understood to be surplus to requirements at the Santiago Bernabeu by new boss Carlo Ancelotti.
Los Blancos have already revealed which numbers new signings Isco and Dani Carvajal will be sporting on their backs next season following their presentations – No 23 and No 15 respectively.
