Rafa Benitez has reportedly requested that new club Napoli make a move this summer for Real Madrid’s Jose Callejon.
On from securing the signature of winger Dries Mertens this week, the Italians are now reportedly considering a €10m move for Madrid’s attack-minded Callejon.
The 26-year-old’s versatility is reportedly seen as a key asset by Benitez, who according to the Corriere dello Sport has specifically requested the former Espanyol man’s signing this summer.
Callejon has made 54 League appearances for Madrid and managed eight goals since Los Merengues bought him back from Espanyol in 2011.
