Mario Balotelli has claimed that 'revenge is a dish best served cold' as Italy prepare for a potential Confederations Cup clash with Spain.
La Roja play Nigeria this evening knowing that three points would see them top Group B and face the Azzurri in the semi-finals.
And the striker has admitted that it is a game he cannot wait for.
“I have been waiting for Spain for a year,” he posted on his official Facebook page.
“Revenge is a dish best served cold.”
Spain beat Cesare Prandelli's men 4-0 in the final of Euro 2012.
