Radamel Falcao has reportedly flown out to Monaco this week to discuss the terms of a transfer from Atletico Madrid.
The Colombian is thought the subject of a bid from the cash rich Ligue 1 side that meets his €60m buyout clause.
Reports in Spain on Monday evening placed the striker as flying out to the Principality to negotiate the terms of his contract.
It is rumoured that Falcao has been offered an initial €10m-a-year salary, which would treble his current earnings at the Vicente Calderon.
Reports have also placed Victor Valdes as at the Stade Louis II club, but sources close to the player have since denied this.
