Lichtsteiner offered in Higuain talks?

Real Madrid and Juventus are reportedly including full-back Stephan Lichtsteiner in talks for Gonzalo Higuain.

Reports in Spain today understand that the Bianconeri, in discussing a potential €25m move for Higuain this summer, are looking to include their 29-year-old Swiss right-back in talks.

This is seen as a bid from the Italians to lower the cash payment due to Los Blancos for their Argentine hitman.

Madrid are reportedly keen on Lichtsteiner, with it believed that the Spaniards’ first choice replacement Coach this summer for Jose Mourinho, Carlo Ancelotti, is an admirer of the Juventus defender.

Juve’s director general Beppe Marotta, quoted just yesterday on the negotiations for Higuain, is believed to be meeting with Madrid officials on Tuesday to continue talks.
