Juve to choose Tevez over Higuain?

Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta has admitted that a deal to sign Gonzalo Higuain could be complicated.

The Real Madrid forward has been heavily linked with a move to the Serie A champions for some time now, but it emerged on Saturday that Carlos Tevez could be the club’s new transfer target this summer.

“Higuain is younger and is therefore worth more on the transfer market. Tevez is certainly an easier negotiation process, as his contract expires next summer,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“We are trying to strengthen the attack for next season, so that is our primary objective. We’re after players who suit Antonio Conte’s football.”
