Vicente del Bosque has told reporters that Real Betis striker Ruben Castro is in the ‘group of strikers’ up for contention to make the Confederations Cup.
The Spain head Coach was pressed at a conference this week for any hints of who he would be naming in the squad to take to Brazil this coming summer.
Whilst commenting little, new agency EFE say that he did tell reporters that Betis’ Castro, who has 16 goals to his name so far this League season, is in ‘the group of strikers’ up for consideration.
