Edinson Cavani’s brother has asserted that Real Madrid are one of three teams that are interested in the Napoli forward.
The Uruguayan has continued to attract speculation with regards to this coming summer transfer window, with a number of teams said to be interested in the striker, despite his 63m buyout clause.
The player’s brother has today chosen to rule out one of those clubs continually linked, but has suggested that Madrid are still in the running.
““I can say for certain that Guardiola and Bayern Munich have not sought Edinson,” Walter Cavani revealed on Radio Kiss Kiss.
“I know that Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester City are interested, but nobody knows about the future.
“I would love to see him in the shirt of one of the great clubs, but the choice is up to him.”
